Common questions

How do I arrange a visit?

Fill in the quote form, call 0403 765 000 or email office@sunwestpools.com.au. We’ll confirm your suburb is in our area, agree the price and find a suitable time.

How often does my pool need care?

Some pools need more frequent attention in summer, especially with heavy use or lots of leaves. We’ll recommend a schedule based on your pool and the maintenance you do between visits.

Are chemicals included?

No. Chemicals are charged on top of the service price, as quoted. We test the water first, and your quote lists what your pool needs and what each item costs. If your pool needs extra treatment or a return visit, we’ll discuss the cost with you before going ahead.

Can a green pool be cleared in one visit?

Not always. It depends on how green the water is, the condition of the pool and how well the filtration is working. We check these before recommending treatment and return visits.

What about equipment repairs?

Routine servicing doesn’t include specialist repairs. If we spot a fault, we’ll explain what needs attention. Electrical, gas and other specialist work must be handled by the appropriate qualified trade.
